个人简历:1978年7月出生,山东东营人,研究员。2000年毕业于山东农业大学林学师范专业。2003年和2006年分别在南京农业大学和香港理工大学获硕士和博士学位。2006-2010年在香港理工大学从事博士后研究。2010年8月入选中国科学院“百人计划”,到广州地球化学研究所工作至今。其中,2008年3-9月在密歇根州立大学访问研究;2012年9-12月在英国兰卡斯特大学访问研究。

科研成果:学科方向是环境地球化学、土壤环境。本人的研究主要集中在污染土壤修复的原理与技术。明确了螯合剂诱导植物修复重金属污染土壤的作用机制;揭示了重金属-POPs复合污染土壤POPs的植物吸收机理;发展了适用于环境浓度POPs的原位根际稳定同位素探针(SIP)技术,实现了土壤原位污染物降解功能微生物的探查和分离,并成功应用于根际修复。发表SCI论文100余篇,第一/通信作者SCI论文60篇。论文被SCI引用3000余次。2013年,获国家自然科学基金委员会优秀青年基金资助;2015年,中科院“百人计划”终期评估获“优秀”;2017年入选中组部“万人计划”青年拔尖人才。获教育部自然科学二等奖1项,授权国家发明专利6项。
